Example of past Expedition Objectives:
Expedition Format: It is my intention to run the trip on an informal, alpine style expedition. This will mean that the expedition members will have to carry more responsibility for their achievements. I hope this will also mean greater satisfaction. My belief is is if we can minimise our baggage, we can maximise our fun (within reason) Chuldim Temba (2x Everest summit)knows my philosophy and I’ll trust him to put together the local logistics that work best for everyone.

The acclimatization rate is based on a 300m/day elevation gain over 1st ten days.TREK ACCOMMODATION: The traditional trek format is tent based. However in the populated parts of Khumbu valley there are A numerous trek lodges. Both forms of accommodation have their advantages. We plan to use both when and where appropriate. If trekkers wish they can sleep in lodges pay for the bed on a nightly basis (US$5-8/night)(Current Exch rate US$1 - 75 rupees) There are some nights when the lodge option may be available (and hot? showers at US$5)

The Exp. support organiser, Chhudlim Temba Sherpa has climbed Everest twice and was employed as Everest Exp. Sirdar by former MtnRec Instructor, Russell Brice. He has also worked for MtnRec in NZ.
